What to do with left over roast potatoes and chili peppers?

Make a #Roasted potato and chili pepper #bread of course!

75% hydration but the extra moisture of the potatoes really kept this bread quite moist. A little heat bite from the peppers really went well with a sweet jelly or cheese.
25% Sourdough starter ( levain) , 50% WW, 50% AP
