WoodFire roasted veggies and Chicken .
The Chicken was brined for 1 hour, then rubbed with a Chili, lime, & garlic, mix. Roasted in my pizza oven with falling temps. I used my fish holder , placed on two bricks inserted into the oven.
Time to try something new. I will try to post using blogger instead of google plus to see If I like this platform better. Not sure yet how the overflow will work !
